Creative Concept:
"Light and Shadows among Trees" takes its inspiration from the lively ambiance of the MRT Sihwei Elementary School Station, encircled by the school itself and a neighboring children's park. At the heart of this melody is the recorder, an instrument emblematic of childhood and school life, capturing the sheer joy and playfulness of a day spent outdoors. The score intricately layers wooden instruments like the xylophone, Muyu (wooden fish), and guiro to craft auditory impressions of a forest adventure. The resonant, deep tones of the xylophone pay homage to the majestic banyan tree standing near the Ji Shan Building. Further enriching this natural soundscape, the Erhu is delicately employed to echo the melodic chirping of birds, plunging the listener into a deeper communion with nature. The distinctive sound of red bricks is introduced as a representation of the Yide Mansion, seamlessly blending the music with its physical context, creating a multisensory experience for the audience.

Focused on music therapy for children with learning disabilities during graduate studies, they continued to dwell in the depths of music after graduation. They were a finalist in the 2022 and 2023 myfone Mobile Creation Awards and the Golden Original Music Competition, securing third place in the 2023 National College Student Hot Music Awards and the My Warm Day Original Music Competition; currently, they are a songwriter for Left Brain Music.
